At Comor, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your sports gear is unused, in its original packaging, and has all technical tags still attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
